Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must take place with a minimum of 5 days to avoid any penalties. If you cancel within the 5 day period your session will be refunded 25% of the entire amount. If you cancel before the 5 day period your session you will be refunded 80% of the entire amount. If you cancel the day of, you will not be refunded at all. LATE POLICY: There is no penalty for late arrival, however your session will end at the scheduled time. If you would like additional time, you are required to book another session before continuing. RESCHEDULING POLICY: If you choose to reschedule, you must do at least 5 days in advance.
